A clear account of how the Ollins website handles information, the limited data it currently receives and how to contact us about privacy.

Effective 14 July 2026 · Website privacy notice

Our privacy approach

Ollins aims to collect only what is needed, explain why it is used and protect it with safeguards appropriate to the work. This policy applies to visitors and people who contact Ollins through this website.

Current website scope

This notice covers the company website, its limited first-party analytics and contact form. Product pilots, accounts, payments or materially different third-party services will receive additional review and notices before launch.

01

Information we may receive

When you contact Ollins, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, enquiry topic and message.

The website stores contact form submissions in Ollins’ protected database so the team can review and respond to them. A notification may also be sent through Ollins’ email service provider.

Our hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.

02

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss pilots or partnerships, evaluate potential customer needs, maintain security, operate the website and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use contact information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis or permission.

03

Cookies and analytics

This website uses limited first-party analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, campaign links and meaningful actions such as product views or form submissions. It does not use session replay, keystroke tracking, visitor fingerprinting or raw IP address storage for analytics.

The analytics system uses random browser and session identifiers, device categories and UTM information. Contact message contents are never copied into analytics events.

04

Sharing and service providers

We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, security and business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations.

If information is transferred outside Singapore, Ollins will take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, where applicable.

05

Retention and protection

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was received, for legitimate business needs or to meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

06

Access, correction and withdrawal

You may contact us to ask about personal data Ollins holds about you, request correction of an error or omission, or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may be subject to legal exceptions when responding.

07

Product pilots and customer data

This policy covers the Ollins company website. Any BrainWeb pilot, TraffiCool collaboration or future product service that handles customer or end-user data will be governed by additional product-specific notices, agreements and safeguards appropriate to that engagement.

08

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and Ollins products develop. The effective date on this page will be revised when material changes are published.
